Frozen liquid whole egg removed from the shell of the domestic hen, blended, pasteurised and blast frozen. Frozen pasteurised whole egg ensures the yolk and whites are in naturally occurring proportions from quality fresh eggs.

Ideal for all recipes that require liquid whole egg – cakes, biscuits, sponges, custard, quiches, omelettes, pasta, scrambled eggs and pies. It can also be used as an excellent egg wash.

One kilogram of fresh pasteurised whole egg is approximately equivalent to 20 medium sized eggs.
